PACE, Rochester

The PACE program offers a short-term treatment environment for adolescents who need a comprehensive out-of-home evaluation leading to recommendations for the court, family and school. The evaluation process includes a thorough substance abuse assessment, the Global Assessment of Individual Needs – Intensive (GAIN-I), administered by a LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor). Other assessments include psychiatric, psychological, educational, behavioral, and family. In addition clients and families are offered individual and group counseling, overseen by a licensed psychologist, along with substance abuse-focused prevention and treatment groups. The clients attend school at the OdysseyNH Academy in Hampton. The average stay is up to 45 days.
